Return, EXCHANGES, and Refund Policy

If a product is returned to our company within 15 days of receiving it, in the original packaging (with tags), you will be provided 100% store credit for that product. Once the package is received you will be given store credit through the email address that was used for the purchase. Please allow for 3-4 business days to process.  Please ship all returns to the following address: 7754 117th St N, Seminole, FL. 33772 United State of America.  Once a shipment has been forwarded back to Coastal Cub you will need to email us at coastalcubllc@gmail.com with your order # and the tracking number of your returned shipment. Once received, you will be sent an email with a code for your store credit amount that you may use to buy a different product. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges while using your store credit.
